H.K. Browne letter to My Dear Fennell, circa 1860?

In an undated letter to Fennell, Browne agrees to meet for dinner, and relates a humorous anecdote of his adventures in London during a recent rainstorm. Includes a sketch of a waiter spilling a tray of food. "Fennell" may be fellow writer and Dickens enthusiast, C.A.M. Fennell. Mention of the New Mains suggests a date after the mid-1860s.
